Raul, grats on the PR. Too bad about the 4:00. You had me worried there with your lasts two posts. I'm glad you were able to get out there afterall. It was a great day weather wise. I hope your foot heels up OK and quickly.
Congrats, Raul! A PR is a PR, right? And it's still VERY early in the 2006 racing year, right? I know a sub 4 hour marathon is within your grasp. Keep it up!
